When front tooth is broken, or if it has to come out, Dr. Park can provide teeth-in-a-day solution. Taking broken tooth out, placing implant and the temporary crown in same day appointment. From extraction to temporary crown making can be done in one appointment so that we can bring your smile back in one day!
A. Extraction

Dr. Park is aiming for mimally-invasive approach, preserving bone and gum tissue as much as possible during the extraction procedure
B. Placing Implant

After making sure patient is eligible for implant placement in the same day, Dr. Park will place the implant in the socket immediately. This procedure requires precise surgery and lots of experience in order to make it happen in right way.
C. Bone / Tissue Grafting
[Bone and Tissue Regeneration]
Since there is gap existing in the socket after implant placement, Dr. Park will place bone grafting materials and tissue membrane as needed, in order to minimize bone resorption and tissue dimension changes happening during healing period.
D. Making Temporary Crown
[Temporary Crown Fabrication]
Once Dr. Park determines implant is stable enough to put temporary crown same day, temporary crown is made chair side. And the crown is delivered, so that we can keep your smile during bone healing period.

[Final Crown Fabrication]
After bone healing period, which usually take 4-6 months after implant placement. We will take the impression of the crown, send it out to the lab, and finally we will get you final crown with stronger and esthetic material.
